1.   The tidal model is accurate and detailed (2nm resolution) and has been produced using the expertise of Dr Roger Proctor – tidal stream modeler to UK Olympic Sailing team, helped develop the UK storm surge model, developed the Sydney Harbour tidal stream model and more recently in 2009 developed the first tidal model for the Whitsundays.
