Which subscription should I choose?

We offer a wide range of products to a wide range of industries, from recreational fishing, yachting, and Olympic sailing teams, to the world's largest commercial shipping companies.

What subscription options do you offer?

We offer monthly or yearly recurring subscriptions.  All subscriptions will automatically renew at expiry unless you cancel your subscription prior.

Tidetech data will be available for you to download the moment you have successfully subscribed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

It's easy. Simply log in to our website and click on 'My Dashboard' at the top right of the screen. Scroll down and click 'Cancel Subscription'.

What is your policy on cancelled subscriptions?

You will receive the subscription service for the full period for which you have paid, even if the auto-renewal option is cancelled. Cancelling the auto-renewal on a monthly subscription means that the subscription will not be renewed in the following month, but you will continue to have access to the data until that time. 

Similarly, cancelling an annual subscription means that the subscription will not be renewed in the following year, but you will continue to have access to the data for the remainder of the year.

Why has my credit card been automatically debited?

All Tidetech subscriptions are 'auto-renew' subscriptions, meaning they automatically renew and your saved credit card is automatically debited at the time your existing subscription expires, unless you cancel your subscription first. We do not offer refunds if you have forgotten to cancel your subscription.
